Transformational Goals Week 2

As we start week 2 of this Transformational series you absolutely should have already chosen 4 goals that you want to accomplish or put in motion for the next few weeks. Do you know what those are? I revealed one my Goals to you in my previous post ending week one and now I will reveal to you the other 3 that I want to work on personally. I hope you are up for the Challenge. Do you have Goals you need to stick with and accomplish or get in motion? Lets go!

Here are my goals that I want to accomplish.

1. To live my life-like Jesus on a daily basis.
2. To become a Full-Time Speaker / Blogger.
3. To lead my family in a Christ like manner. (Pray, Study, Read, Teach)
4. To meet new people and create new friendships of like Individuals.

So for the next twelve weeks on a daily basis I am going to work on getting that much closer to each of those goals. Have you chosen your four? If not, have you chosen one? You can create your own chart to keep track of your goals, if you have a Journal you can do that. However, if not and you want to follow along with the Zig Ziglar Goals (Pick Four) book I am using then you should go pick it up here and give 3 away. Then order another set for yourself.

Now, as we begin a new week I hope you have gotten a bit closer to your goal last week by taking notes on what you are doing daily to achieve it. (Follow along in the book).

• What will you do today to get closer to each of your goals or just one maybe?
• How are you going to take the next step forward today?
• What obstacles are you going to face today?
• What’s your outlook on achieving them?

Here is what I am going to do for each of my Goals.

1. Live like Jesus – I had been really bad with NOT reading my bible daily so I downloaded the youversion.com application onto my IPad so that I am reminded daily to read the bible and study. I take a few minutes in the morning and at night to do this intentionally. Then I also share what I have read with others via twitter and facebook, just be a servant in any way possible.
2. Become full-time Speaker/ Blogger – I am making some changes to my blog in this area to the navigation so that people can see my speaker profile. I am going to add this section to my blog along with a new navigation so that people can get around and truly see what I do in Network Marketing and also the topics I prefer for speaking engagements. I need to make this more visible and clear so that people know exactly what it is I do. I also need to re-word my About us page, and create a new Work with Lincoln Parks page.
3. Lead my family – Here is where I take Intentional time to read the books  with my family that have been placed into my life-like Real Marriage – The truth about sex, friendship and life together. My wife and I are both reading this book together but I also have a book called (For men only – A straightforward guide to the inner lives of women) that I am reading alone. We are also implementing family prayer time that we were not consistent on, so I am making sure that I lead that charge Intentionally with my family daily.
4. Meet new people and create friendships – We have already begun to do this through our Small Group at Relevant Church. We have met so many wonderful people and are being led by a wonderful couple in Carl and Julie Nichols. We are now stretching ourselves with our new church family and throwing ourselves 100% into GOD and this family. We are blessed to have these people in our lives. We are surrounding ourselves with the right people and not only will expand our lives, but our business and GOD will align us with the right people.

Question: So how intentional will you be today to accomplish your goals? How will you position yourself so that by the end of the week you are a few steps closer?

What does all this have to do with Network marketing? Allot! If you fix yourself first you can fix anything else in your life.
